The Goddess of the Air is made with a technique felting mulberry paper into the wool, giving it strength and interesting texture. The paper is written on with permanent marker before the process begins, showing up lightly when done. I've enhanced some of the marks and used ink on the other side with polymer clay birds and wire to help her soar! She stands 20" tall on a wooden base.
